  SofTek will perform an analysis of all potential clients' planning strategies and tactics as well as their degree of aptitude with our products and services. The goal of this analysis is to ensure that all clients get a solution that best fits their needs and capabilities. Whether they decide to purchase the products or not, they will have an expert analysis of their indexing strategy.

• Training

  SofTek will provide further value to our customers, and ease the customer service burden on our client, by ensuring that all product users are properly trained in the use of all our software solutions. To assist this process, we have developed a tutorial program called SofTek University. SofTek University walks our clients through installation and use of SofTek's products. SofTek University dramatically reduces our cost of training and decreases the learning curve for our clients; both value-adding propositions.

• Data Conversion

  Convert your existing Customer, Parts, and Equipment data from most other programs right into The Business Assistant!

• Data Review

  Backup and send us your data on a Zip disk and we can review it, giving you pointers on working more efficiently, or correcting common human error.

• Hardware Review

  Send us the quotes you have received from your hardware vendors and we will review them and tell you anything they missed or if they're charging you too much.
